Job Description
 Job Summary are looking for a 1 year University student placement in our Digital Performance team. The position will start around June/July and finish at the same time the following year. The Digital Performance Assistant supports the paid acquisition team in implementing, analysing and managing paid channel campaigns such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor & Trivago in conjunction with’s chosen bid management technology provider and in house tools, ensuring that development and performance is in line with business goals.

Role Purpose
As a key member of the online performance team, assist in all aspects of our extensive paid marketing efforts including implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
Managing tracking and reporting of paid channels and providing management reports and insights.
Working with other team members to assist spends in line with targets and monthly budgets using bid technology & tools.
Quality checking and supporting account and performance reviews to maintain good ROI and improve performance where possible.
Liaising with other teams including internal teams, media owners and agency relations across natural search, affiliates and display etc.
Skills & Experience
1 or 2 years completed within a relevant degree discipline
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail; high productivity.
Comfortable challenging the status quo.
Methodical and tenacious
Excellent organisation and time management skills
